Ways You Can Help The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Fight the Dakota Access Pipeline

What's happening right now in Cannon Ball, North Dakota is beyond words. I could write a long paragraph about what's happening, but you should already know. And if you don't: read this, and stay up to date.

I could write a long paragraph about my feelings, but I'll save everyone the energy of writing it (me) and reading it (you), so you can put that energy to better use... helping. Just know I too am disgusted.

Here's how you can help:

7- Call North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple at 701-328-2200

Share your thoughts, but please be professional.

8- Call the White House at 202-456-1111 or 202-456-1414

Ask that the President rescind the Army Corps of Engineers' permit for the Dakota Access Pipeline.

9- Call the Army Corps of Engineers at 202-761-5903

Demand that they reverse the permit.

10- Call the Executives of the Companies That are Building the Pipeline
