A kindergarten teacher asked his class to create rules for healthy living. What they came up with is perfect:
Body:
Eat good good, exercise every day, drink water, brush teeth, milk
Brain:
Don't watch too much tv, Sleep well, don't bang head, listen to the teacher, remember stuff, dream
Feelings:
Play with friends, talk to people, ask people to play, calm down, express your feelings, make peace
