Hey dog people, get this! A pet *cat* saved its family from an early morning blaze by biting the arm of its sleeping human.
Thanks to the nibbling kitty, the parents, two children and cat all made it out safely. "It's pretty interesting to see that it was the cat that did alert them that there was an issue," said fire Chief Trevor Grant.
What a sweet cat! This did take place in Canada though, so its possible that cats are just nicer there.
